Terms of Use

Effective October 17, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Goktug Ekinci, the developer of Arena Together ("Arena"). By using Arena you agree to them. They apply in addition to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where the two differ, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post names, photos, messages or reactions that:

• harass, bully, threaten or intimidate anyone
• are hateful or discriminatory, or attack people for who they are
• are sexual or pornographic, or show nudity, including intimate images of anyone shared without their consent and AI-generated ones
• involve or sexualize minors in any way
• promote violence, self-harm, illegal activity or illegal drugs
• are spam, scams, or impersonate someone else
• share other people's private information
• infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights

Messages may be filtered automatically. You can report a message or player in the app (long-press a message, or ⋯ on a profile) and block them. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks these terms is removed and the players who posted it are removed from Arena.

Your account

Arena creates an anonymous account for you. You must be at least 13 years old to use it. You're responsible for what you post. You can delete your account and data at any time in Profile → Delete my data.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give me a license to store it and show it to the members of your groups, only to run Arena. Deleting your data removes it.

Fair play

Don't cheat: no modified apps, automation, or exploiting bugs to change scores. Scores that look manipulated may be removed.

Arena+ and ads

Arena+ is a one-time purchase that removes the ads before extra tries in one group, until that group's current season ends. It doesn't renew and doesn't carry over to other groups or seasons. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds go through Apple. Optional rewarded ads unlock extra tries; watching them is always your choice.

Availability

Arena is provided "as is". I may change, pause or end features, and may suspend players who break these terms. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Arena.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Arena after that means you accept them.
